- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was referred from a relative so decided to go with Graft and Walraven. During the initial consultation was advised wouldn't cost over 2,000.00. It took longer than people I know who had complicated probates. It was a simple probate for land left in a will. The cost was over by close to 400.00, was told for supplies. Months with no communication until I would call to check. Not personable. From my experience I would not recommend!By Pamela Roush, August 09, 2017

This firm is top-notch; not only did they add several important clauses to protect the landowner, but they also used their local knowledge, relationships and expertise to negotiate a substantial increase in upfront bonus price per acre. I simply could not have achieved this result acting alone, as an individual landowner; and I was very happy to pay a commission for the increased amount! Everyone at the firm was very responsive to both email and telephone.
